Vietgarden’s vision is to bring Vietnamese culture to Australia.
Vietnamese people love street food and and especially desserts. They love friends, family and people in general. They love meeting after a long day, sit very low and close to the ground and just enjoy the company of loved ones. Vietgarden is a gathering point for all people, friends and family. We do coffee in the morning for the old folks to gather, we do lunch for the hard working men and women. Lastly we do dessert for the young and young at heart. We paid a lot of attention to detail, to bring you to this lost garden in time.
Vietnam is a timeless country who has been through countless wars and has witnessed endless suffering. However, when you travel back, the only thing you see is smiles, on every single face. Vietnam offers many world heritage sites with beautiful natural land scape. Vietgarden is the representation of the old and the new. Our shop design is based on an old vintage room that has been taken over by a garden. Just like Vietnam with it’s old French architecture and breath taking beauty.
Vietgarden prides our-self in providing daily fresh cooked Vietnamese food to order. This will allow our meat to stay fresh and juicy. Our Banh Mi ‘bread’ and salad will come fresh daily from small local businesses to support them through these pandemic times, but most importantly of all, it is to provide our customers the best fresh Vietnamese food in Brisbane.
Our recipes belong to our mum who has more than 20 years of experience in Vietnamese Cuisine, owning multiple restaurants around Brisbane. However, she has now retired and passed down her experience to us. It is now our duty to continue on this family tradition, bringing excellent Vietnamese food with love and passion to Brisbane.
